MAQUETTES - SERIES 2 - 2020

This series is loosely based around the form of a table, alter or tripod. Some are to be experienced from below others are more functional. Part of the inspiration for these draws on the worship of mountains. The mountain worshiping alter forms are similar to the Inca Intihuatana in Matchu Picchu and the Pumasillo mountain, or alternatively the Petroglifos de Pena Fadiel, a 7000 year old alter to Mount Teleno in Spain near to historic village of Castrillo de los Polvazares.
